Alleanza contro la povertà nelle Marche

Si sono tenuti giovedì 7 luglio presso le Sedi provinciali del Centro Servizi per il Volontariato gli incontri provinciali dell’Alleanza contro la povertà, organizzati dalle sedici organizzazioni che ad oggi hanno aderito all’Alleanza contro la povertà nelle Marche.

L’Alleanza contro la povertà, promossa nel 2015 dalle Acli e dalla Caritas, con l’adesione di numerose altre associazioni, sindacati e istituzioni locali, si è posta lo scopo di ottenere la rapida approvazione di un Piano nazionale di contrasto alla povertà e, anche nel nostro Paese, l’introduzione del Reddito di Inserimento Sociale (REIS), rivolto a tutte le famiglie che vivono in condizione di povertà assoluta. L’Italia è, infatti, insieme con la Grecia, l’unico Paese dell’Europa a 18 che non abbia misure strutturali contro la povertà assoluta. Dopo un’ampia discussione in Parlamento, il Governo si è impegnato ad approvare entro il luglio un proprio Piano contro la povertà.

Gli incontri del 7 luglio si sono aperti con una introduzione in videoconferenza dei due portavoce regionali dell’Alleanza, Fabio Corradini e Simone Breccia, che hanno illustrato le proposte presentate dall’Alleanza contro la povertà alla Regione Marche, cioè da un lato l’introduzione di misure complementari rispetto a quelle proposte dal Governo a favore dell’inclusione attiva, e dall’altro una applicazione sperimentale nella nostra regione del Reddito di Inclusione Sociale su un campione di circa 40 famiglie per ognuno dei cinque Ambiti Territoriali Sociali marchigiani che saranno coinvolti.

La Regione Marche ha mostrato interesse per queste proposte, ma finora ha previsto un impegno che l’Alleanza giudica troppo diluito nel tempo. Le oltre cento persone complessivamente presenti ai cinque incontri (referenti territoriali delle associazioni aderenti, operatori sociali e coordinatori di alcuni Ambiti Sociali Territoriali delle Marche ecc.) hanno espresso un chiaro interesse a collaborare e a fare rete sul territorio per costituire una équipe multidisciplinare del pubblico e del privato sociale impegnata a dare risposte concrete al grave disagio che colpisce oggi il 3% delle famiglie marchigiane. Oltre a promuovere una formazione comune sulle misure di contrasto alla povertà che prossimamente verranno varate dal Governo e a valorizzare le esperienze già esistenti sul territorio marchigiano, tale équipe dovrà essere di supporto ai beneficiari degli interventi allo scopo di favorire la loro inclusione attiva. Intanto le sedici organizzazioni aderenti all’Alleanza contro la povertà continueranno a premere sulla Regione Marche perché siano messe in atto delle misure locali integrative a quelle previste a livello nazionale.
