“Nessuna fuga in avanti. Siamo in linea con i tempi. Il percorso della cessione e valorizzazione delle quattro nuove banche, avviato oggi con la pubblicazione del bando per la raccolta delle manifestazione di interesse entro lunedì, va realizzato fino in fondo. Nonostante l’andamento negativo delle banche italiane in Borsa”. Per Luciano Goffi, a.d. di Nuova Banca Marche, l’ondata di vendite non condizionerà negativamente la cessione delle good bank avviata oggi da Bankitalia. Lo ha chiarito in un’intervista all’ANSA, aggiungendo che “il sistema bancario nazionale è stabile, i livelli patrimoniali robusti, le sofferenze correttamente valutate”. E Nuova Banca Marche come si pone sul mercato? “Con una procedura trasparente e competitiva che prende il via oggi e che prevede in via preferenziale la cessione in un unico blocco complessivo delle quattro good bank, e la presentazione di piani industriali capaci di conservare il ruolo dell’istituto a sostegno del territorio”. Quanto ai tempi, “dopo la raccolta delle manifestazioni di interesse, seguiranno a metà febbraio gli approfondimenti sul bilancio con i dati di Nuova Banca Marche, dalla sua nascita il 23 novembre al 31 dicembre 2015. Seguirà l’apertura del nostro ‘data room’; entro l’estate il panorama della vendita sarà definito” Il bando prevede la possibilità di cessione separata delle banche ponte e delle partecipate. Quali le prospettive per Cassa di Risparmio di Loreto e per Medioleasing spa? “La procedura – risponde Goffi – prevede la cessione anche separata di Carilo uscita dal commissariamento e ricapitalizzata lo scorso dicembre; si tratta di un piccolo gioiellino con una quota di mercato importante in un territorio in cui è molto radicata. Per Medioleasing, attendiamo da Bankitalia la fine del commissariamento e l’autorizzazione all’incorporazione in Nbm; i suoi crediti deteriorati (una quota molto importante) saranno ceduti alla Rev, la bad bank delle quattro banche salvate”. Quando saranno cedute le sofferenze e con quali criteri gestite? “Il perimetro delle sofferenze è stato delineato prima del 22 novembre, potranno esserci piccoli aggiustamenti ma prevediamo il grosso della cessione entro il 31 gennaio. Probabilmente gli aspetti organizzativi saranno messi a punto entro febbraio; tra le ipotesi c’è quella che le sofferenze vengano amministrate internamente, da personale delle quattro banche incaricato con contratti di service”. Avete registrato un calo dei depositi da novembre? “Circa cento milioni nel primo mese usciti per ripicca o per paura, ma la situazione sta migliorando. Sono 1.250 i nuovi clienti acquisiti da Nbm, di cui circa 200 per depositi superiori a 100 mila euro, a fronte di uscite di 300-400 possessori di azioni e obbligazioni subordinate della vecchia banca”.
