Porto Recanati. Burchio ancora un No alla cementificazione

La attuale amministrazione comunale di Porto Recanati, rieletta in una compagine già battuta dagli elettori nel 2014 e che oggi amministra di nuovo il comune rappresentando poco più del 20% dei voti espressi dai cittadini, torna alla carica con la approvazione di una nuova variante al PRG per permettere la realizzazione della cementificazione del Burchio.

La lottizzazione prevede adesso 47.000 metri cubi di costruzioni con una ulteriore volumetria (in sospeso) per le costruzioni previste in area ad alto rischio idrogeologico.

E’ da sottolineare la pervicacia della ditta proponente costituita – come afferma un quotidiano – da stranieri disponibili ad investire 60 milioni di euro in quell’area.

Tale insistenza dovrebbe forse richiedere un maggiore interesse da parte di tutti per capire da dove vengano questi capitali, chi siano questi investitori e per quali motivi insistano in quel luogo. Ed anche per capire perché alcuni amministratori, alcune forze politiche, alcuni organi di stampa, siano tanto favorevoli a questo progetto già bocciato nel 2014. Si ricordi che la lottizzazione era stata bocciata dagli elettori nel 2014, dalla Giunta Montali sempre nello stesso anno e successivamente dal Consiglio di Stato che aveva confermato la bocciatura riconoscendo come la Giunta Montali avesse “correttamente valutato la prevalenza dell’interesse pubblico sull’interesse privato”.

Ciò detto le Associazioni Ambientaliste Marchigiane si opporranno a questo ennesimo ritorno al passato di chi pensa che la speculazione edilizia e la cementificazione dei suoli, rappresenti un interesse pubblico e sia a favore dei cittadini. Nulla di più falso! Chi ci guadagna è solo l’investitore finanziario, ovvero l’interesse privato di pochi.

La maggioranza dei portorecanatesi nel 2014 votarono contro il Burchio e che questa volontà contraria sia tuttora presente nella cittadinanza è dimostrata dal fatto che la attuale amministrazione pro Burchio abbia respinto la proposta di far svolgere un referendum popolare per sentire la volontà dei cittadini.

La volontà della maggioranza dei cittadini deve essere disattesa e gli abitanti devono stare zitti!!!
