Matteo Renzi ha portato a casa il sostegno di Pierluigi Bersani sul referendum di ottobre. E non è poco. Però, stando a quanto risulta ad Affaritaliani.it, Massimo D’Alema – sempre duro e polemico con il premier – si prepara a schierarsi a favore del no al ddl Boschi. Politicamente forse non sposterà moltissimo, ma certamente a livello di immagine per il presidente del Consiglio si tratterà di uno schiaffo doloroso.

Il fronte dei contrari alla riforma istituzionale si allarga e comprende ora una fetta del Pd e di ex Pd, Sel, la Lega, Fratelli d’Italia e il Movimento 5 Stelle. Forza Italia, ufficialmente schierata per il no, non si spenderà in campagna elettorale e comunque al suo interno c’è una parte – soprattutto quella che ha spinto per appoggiare Alfio Marchini a Roma e non Giorgia Meloni – che potrebbe anche aderire a titolo personale a qualche comitato per il sì.

Non a Pavia esponenti azzurri hanno dato vita nelle scorse settimane proprio a un comitato per il sì in vista del referendum istituzionale del prossimo autunno. Berlusconi in questo momento attende di capire come finiranno le elezioni comunali del 5 giugno e soprattutto vuole comprendere bene il progetto di Renzi. Se come pare i comitati del sì diventeranno le basi per il Partito della Nazione, con Verdini, Alfano e gli ex montiani di Scelta Civica, a quel punto una parte di Forza Italia, e magari anche l’ex Cavaliere, potrebbe scegliere la nuova formazione centrista del premier e non la destra salviniana di Salvini e Meloni.

Va da sé che tra gli azzurri sarebbe inevitabile una scissione da parte di chi non vuole assolutamente alcun legame con il leader dem. Nei giorni scorsi Verdini ha telefonato a Berlusconi per complimentarsi per la decisione sulla candidatura di Roma e in qualche modo ha ritrovato quel ruolo da pontiere tra Renzi e l’ex premier. Se il 5 giugno Forza Italia regge allora il Centrodestra resterà in piedi e difficilmente Salvini potrà essere il leader e candidato premier, ma se gli azzurri crollano alle Amministrative, con il Carroccio nettamente avanti, a quel punto la strada centrista verso il Partito della Nazione di Renzi, passando attraverso il pontiere Verdini e il referendum di ottobre, sarà in discesa.
