Si anima il dibattito politico sull’utilizzo della ex scuola Diaz

In relazione al dibattito apertosi in queste settimane, relativamente alla richiesta del sindaco di Loreto di avere in affitto temporaneo locali della Diaz, per allocarci alcune classi dell’Istituto alberghiero di Loreto,

il Movimento 5Stelle di Porto Recanati ricorda che:

  • La destinazione del Piano Attuativo del Nucleo Urbano (PNU) approvato a dicembre 2013 prevede per la ex DIAZ destinazione residenziale_commerciale (un piano attuativo è la legge che regola l’urbanistica di una città, costa un sacco di soldi farlo e viene approvato in Giunta Comunale). Prima di procedere a destinazioni non corrispondenti alla destinazione d’uso corrente occorre un atto formale dell’Amministrazione comunale.
  • Come Movimento 5 stelle abbiamo chiesto di annoverare la Diaz al patrimonio Culturale dell’Ente, facendo la richiesta in Soprintendenza per accedere ai fondi Europei finalizzati al restauro e ristrutturazione di tali categorie di beni. Non abbiamo avuto alcuna risposta  prima e neanche ora dal Comune Commissariato.
  • La possibilità di collocarci aule per I’Istituto alberghiero di Loreto, quindi, oltre che scontrarsi con la mancanza di aule per il sistema scolastico cittadino, si colloca anche in un contesto normativo che ne vieta tale collocazione.

 

Il Movimento 5 Stelle di Porto Recanati, pertanto, insiste perché alla città venga restituita la fruibilità della la Diaz per farla  diventare, con il benestare della Soprintendenza, patrimonio culturale con un idoneo progetto da finanziarsi con i fondi ad hoc stanziati. Una volta riacquisito il complesso al patrimonio cittadino lo stesso potrebbe essere destinato in parte ad aule per il nostro polo scolastico e in parte per ospitare le  associazioni culturali presenti in città, togliendoci il fardello degli affitti che il Comune paga per alcune di queste.

    non si risolve il problema della mancanza di un istituto scolastico di 2° grado con la sudditanza all’alberghiero di loreto; porto recanati ha assoluto bisogno di un Istituto superiore specialistico per i circa 900 (dico novecento) ragazzi che frequentano o potrebbero frequentare le medie superiori…….con un indirizzo molto tecnologico, innovativo e diverso da qualli esistenti in zona. In un incontro dedicato, il candidato del pdi, preside del Mattei di Recanati, prof. Giri, ha evidenziato idee chiare, innovative ed utili per la professionalità dei ragazzi non solo di Porto recanati che non copierebbero le specializzazioni già esistenti in zona. Sono certo che il preside Giri, allorchè presenterà il suo programma per il paese, fra le altre proposte, illustrerà alla cittadinanza il suo pensiero e la sua proposta, al di là della proposta di utilizzo della Diaz.
